First time only: Google asks you to confirm the timesheet in a file picker — click it, then Select.

Works for OneDrive, Dropbox and Google Drive for desktop too — pick the synced folder.
Open your job cards folder in the picker and select the PDFs (Ctrl+A selects all).
3 Review & write
Check the rows below. Edit anything the scanner misread. Rows already on your tab are unticked.
